These videos were shown last Oct.29, 2007 at GMA7’s Documentary Program, I-Witness, entitled "HIWAGA NG ALON" by Howie Severino featuring Catanduanes’ big waves.

Catanduanes is known to be the nearest Philippine Island in Pacific Ocean. Many people believes that there are mysteries behind these Big Waves surrounding it, making this Island to be prone to Typhoons.

On the other hand, these waves has given a good outcome for the Province. This Island is now recognized by people around the world as one of the best surfing spots in the Philippines!!!
